Fern Wong

Walked into the christian bookstore ACTS at Raffles City yesterday.
Bought a inspiring book "Lilies amongst Thorns" at only S$15. It's about the testimonies of Chinese Christians in China, where the Christians there live like the times of the Book ofActs.
Got to keep motivating myself to read the Chinese bible.

After paying for the book, two colourful drawings (one of them named as "Apple of God's eyes")on the photoframes caught my eyes . They were not original copies of Fern Wong 's artwork but printed ones. From what I know, Fern Wong is one of the young artists at Very Special Art Singapore. VSA promotes the creative power in people with disabilities. So far, I have not found her particulars at VSA or any website because I was interested to find out more about her.

The trip to the bookstore was nevetheless a good one.
It made me stand on humble ground again , to remind myself that God favors those who are humble. Fern Wong is one of the blessed children of God. A worthy child of God.

I can't just sit here and do nothing. Got to do something, like Fern Wong.
God, help me !
