I was very impressed by NAFA's Student service. One of their CARE project was to celebrate International women's Day on 8 March by giving away free shampoo to students at a first come first serve basis. There was also a writing about inner beauty of women in the package. Below is the extracted writings to share with everyone :
Take CAre of Your inner Beauty by Hilfzur Reman
" .....It's the fundamental right of every woman to look beautiful. Every woman wants to listen the sweet words "you are beautiful". But the beauty of a woman is far from her looks or figure. Physical beauty is only one aspect while a beautiful charming personality is a complete blend of many fine characteristics such as good manner, etiquette, behaviour, smile, intelligence, sense of humour, social and family values etc.. all make a woman lok beautiful and attractive."
Indeed, I will never know the true meaning of beauty if I have not learnt of this Word :
"Your beauty should not come from outward adornment...Instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight" 1 Peter 3 : 3-4
That day, I gave my shampoo away to a lady cleaner in our school.
Indeed, small deeds when coated with love can change the whole world.
